Getting started
What do I need to start my radio station?
A computer and an internet connection. Every plan includes the tools and software you need and your listeners need.
Will I find it hard to set up?
Our easy step-by-step tutorials and video guides make it simple. If you get stuck, our friendly support team typically replies within a few hours on weekdays (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK time).
I bought a plan but have no broadcast details yet.
In most cases your welcome email arrives within 60 minutes. If not, email support and we will fast-track your setup.
Where can I find setup guides?
Our Tutorials have easy step-by-step guides, with screenshots, for AutoDJ, your radio page, the player and the most popular broadcasting software.
Can I see examples of other stations?
Email support and we will send you a sample pack of existing broadcasters.

What is AutoDJ?
AutoDJ streams from the Citrus3 servers. Upload your content, create a playlist and start the service. You can shuffle, play in order or schedule playlists, then turn your computer off.
Can I schedule shows in advance?
Yes. Pre-set automated playlists or live sessions to air at specific times.
Can I broadcast live, and do I need special software?
Yes, from a Windows PC or Mac. Install our software, which takes 5 to 10 minutes.
What about talk radio and calls?
Fully supported. Use a built-in or external microphone, and take guest calls with Skype. A microphone is not needed for music-only stations.
Can I stream a live event?
Yes. Use live broadcasting from a Windows PC or Mac with an internet connection, and your event reaches listeners anywhere.
Can other DJs broadcast on my station?
Yes. Create as many DJ usernames as you like and set what each can access. DJs can go live at scheduled times or upload shows to AutoDJ.
Growing your audience
Can people listen on their phones?
Large, Pro and Enterprise include a free personal iPhone and Android app. You will need your own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts to publish it. Our HTML5 player works on all mobile devices.
Can I embed my radio on my own website?
Yes: a player, event calendar, and now playing and recently played displays.
Can I list my station in directories?
Yes. We support directories such as TuneIn, Radio Garden and Shoutcast.
Can I make money from my station?
Run sponsor ads, station IDs and jingles at regular intervals with interval playlists, and many broadcasters take donations through PayPal or Patreon.
Can I share my station on social media?
Yes. Share your stream and your embedded player on Facebook, Twitter and anywhere else you can post a link.
How do I see my listener numbers?
The control panel shows listening hours, locations and device information, with history.
Account and billing
What is your uptime?
We guarantee 99.99% uptime in our service level agreement. If we fall below it, we refund the period the servers were down.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $19, €14 or £14 a month, depending on your region. See the pricing page for every plan and feature.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Email support for a yearly link, which includes a 2 month discount.
How do I cancel?
Any time, with no notice. Email support and the closure is processed immediately.
