Citrus Three d.o.o. (“Citrus3”, “we”, “us”) provides internet radio hosting at citrus3.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Our promise
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent it or trade it. We use it only to run your service, take payment, give you support and meet our legal duties. Your station, your music and your listener statistics belong to you and are not shared with other customers.
Who is responsible for your data
Citrus Three d.o.o., registered in Croatia, is the data controller for the personal data described here. The registered office is shown on your invoice. You can reach us at support@citrus3.zendesk.com.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address, billing address and the username you choose.
Payment details: payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number.
Service data: the files you upload, your station settings, and usage information such as bandwidth and listener counts needed to run and bill the service.
Support messages: the tickets, chats and emails you send us.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic logs for security and to keep the service reliable.
Why we use it
We use your data to create and run your account, deliver and secure the service, take payment and send receipts, answer your support requests, send essential service messages (such as your welcome email and notices about your service), prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and tax obligations. We send marketing email only if you have agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share data only with trusted providers who help us deliver the service, such as payment processors, our helpdesk, email delivery and our data centre and network partners. They may use the data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We never share your data for advertising.
Your listeners
If your station collects information about its listeners, you are responsible for how you use it. Listener statistics in your control panel, such as country and city, are shown to you as summaries so you can understand your audience. Please make sure your own station complies with the privacy rules that apply to you.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your service is active and for as long afterwards as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting records. We delete or anonymise other data when it is no longer needed.
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections, restrict access to your data to the people who need it to support you, and keep our systems up to date. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering your currency choice. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider. To make a request, email support@citrus3.zendesk.com. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Croatia this is AZOP, the Personal Data Protection Agency.
International transfers
Our team and providers operate in several countries. When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date below, and tell you directly if the change is significant.
